PrimeX Ltd. was founded in 2013 with the main activities in the field of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, exploration, evaluation, development, consulting and design of units, systems, buildings and industrial installations. Subsequently, the activity was divided into two main directions:
- Research, development and manufacturing of heat pump systems and equipment.
- Research, analysis and evaluation, design and investor control in the construction of building and industrial HVAC installations.
Over the years, the company has been involved in numerous projects. In 2017 г. PrimeX Ltd. signed a contract for European funding under the Operational Program “Innovation and Competitiveness” 2014-2020 for the implementation of Project No BG16RFOP002-1.005-0230 “Support for conducting industrial research to develop a prototype of product innovation in “PrimeX” Ltd. at a total value of 639 000 BGN. As part of the project, the company works successfully in partnership with the Technical University – Sofia.
